Lyrics

Blow the trumpet in Zion Sound the alarm on my holy mountain

The day of the LORD comes, it is near A day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick darkness

Like blackness spread upon the mountains A great people and a strong, there has never been ever before Fire devours before them, behind them burns a flame

Yet even now, return to the LORD your God For he is gracious and merciful Slow to anger and abundant in steadfast love

Rend your heart and not your garments Return to the LORD your God For he is gracious and merciful Slow to anger and abundant in steadfast love

Who knows if he will not turn and relent Leave a blessing behind him A grain offering and a drink offering for the LORD your God

I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh Your sons and daughters shall prophesy Your old men shall dream dreams Your young men shall see visions

It shall come to pass that everyone who calls On the name of the LORD shall be saved For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem There shall be those who escape

The LORD will roar from Zion And utter his voice from Jerusalem The heavens and the earth shall shake But the LORD will be a refuge to his people
