Lyrics
He showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD Satan standing on his right hand to accuse him
Joshua was clothed in filthy garments The angel said to those who stood before him Remove the filthy garments from him And clothe him with rich apparel
And said, Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass away from you And I will clothe you with fine raiment
Let a clean mitre be set on his head They set a clean mitre on his head And clothed him with raiment The angel of the LORD stood by
The angel of the LORD protested to Joshua, saying If you will walk in my ways And if you will keep my charge Then I will give you a place amongst these that stand before me
Hear now, O Joshua the high priest You and your fellows that sit before you For they are men wondered at I will bring forth my servant the Branch
For behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua Upon one stone are seven eyes I will engrave the engraving thereof
In that day, says the LORD of hosts Shall every one of you call his neighbor under the vine And under the fig tree Peace and restoration flowing
I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day In that day every one of you shall call his neighbor
