Therefore thus says the Lord God Behold I am against you Gog I will turn you about and lead you on
I will cause you to come up from the uttermost parts of the north Lead you against the mountains of Israel I will smite your bow out of your left hand Cause your arrows to fall out of your right hand
Upon the mountains of Israel will you fall You and all your bands and the people I will give you to the birds of every sort And to the beasts of the field to be devoured
You will fall on the open field for I have spoken it I will send fire on Magog and on those that dwell securely In the islands They will know that I am the LORD
I will make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel I will not let them profane my holy name any more The nations shall know that I am the LORD The Holy One in Israel
Those who dwell in the cities of Israel will go forth Make fires of the weapons and burn them Bucklers and shields bows and arrows They will make fires of them seven years
They will not take wood out of the field neither cut down Out of the forests for they will make fires of the weapons The slain they will bury in order to cleanse the land Seven months it will take them
Israel will dwell safely when I have executed judgements On all those around them who despise them Then shall they know that I am the LORD their God I will not hide my face from them any more
For I will pour out my spirit upon the house of Israel My Spirit I will pour out and they shall know That I the LORD have spoken it
