Lyrics

Woe to the shepherds who destroy And scatter the sheep of my pasture Therefore thus says the Lord Against the shepherds

Behold I will visit upon you The evil of your doings I will gather the remnant of my flock Out of all countries and will bring them again

And they will be fruitful and multiply And I will set up shepherds over them And they will fear no more Nor be dismayed

Behold the days come says the Lord That I will raise up to David A righteous Branch and he will reign as king

And he will do justice and righteousness in the land In his days Judah will be saved And Israel will dwell safely And this is his name whereby he will be called

The Lord our righteousness Therefore behold the days come When they will no more say As the Lord lives who brought up the children

Of Israel out of the land of Egypt But as the Lord lives who brought up and led The offspring of the house of Israel Out of the north country

From all countries whither I have driven them And they will dwell in their own land They will be my people And I will be their God

My people And I will be their God
