50days.io is operated by WenderStudios, a family business in Tennessee, United States. "We" and "us" mean WenderStudios. "You" means anyone using the site or the app.
Every sung chapter streams free, and the full text of all 1,189 chapters is free to read. No account is needed to listen. We may change what the free tier includes, but the Word itself is never locked behind payment.
Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password. You are responsible for the email address you sign in with. You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing from that address.
Patron is a paid subscription, $5.99 a month or $59 a year, billed by Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Plans in the app; cancelling stops the next charge and keeps Patron until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change for new periods; we will tell you by email at least 30 days before a change applies to you.
What Patron includes is stated on the plans page at the time you subscribe. Features described there as "in the studio" or "being built" are not yet available and are not part of what you are buying.
If a charge was a mistake, or you are unhappy with Patron, write to hello@50days.io within 30 days of the charge and we refund it in full. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion, and we lean toward yes.
Gift codes grant Patron for the stated period to whoever redeems them. Codes are single use and do not expire. Gift purchases are refundable within 30 days if the code has not been redeemed.
The Bible text is the World English Bible, which is in the public domain. The recordings, artwork, and the site are owned by WenderStudios. You may listen, share links, and play recordings in private and in worship gatherings. You may not redistribute, resell, or upload the recordings elsewhere, or use them to train machine-learning systems, without written permission. Ask us; we say yes to most ministry uses.
Journal entries, notes, and playlists you create are yours. We store them to show them back to you and never publish them. See the privacy page.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email to Patrons. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
